Privacy Policy

Agile Vedha is operated by Vasudevan as an individual under the trade name Agile Vedha. It is not a separately registered company. For the purposes of the DPDP Act, Vasudevan is the Data Fiduciary operating Agile Vedha. Contact support@agilevedha.in for support, privacy requests or grievances.

Account: email address and password (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider), plus the details you give at sign-up — full name, phone number, experience range and your current-employer privacy choice.

Profile: full name, email, phone, target role, current location, years of experience, current/last designation, LinkedIn profile URL, Naukri profile URL, reminder-email preference, and the dates you last ran Resume and Naukri Optimization.

Career tools: the name, email and resume text you submit; the text extracted from resumes or LinkedIn profile PDFs you upload; the job title, experience and portal choices you enter; and the reports we generate (scores, rewrites, skills, headlines, cover letters, interview questions and "Tell me about yourself" answers).

Contact form: your name, email and message.

We do not collect payment card details. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

To create and secure your account, run the career tools you request, save your results so you can return to them, unlock the next step of the Career Accelerator Program, reply to your messages, and — only if you have left reminders switched on — tell you when a report is due for a refresh.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you tick the consent box on each form. You can withdraw it at any time (see section 7); withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

• Our hosting, database and authentication provider (Supabase, via Lovable Cloud) — stores your account, profile and reports.
• AI analysis — resume, profile and job text is sent to Google Gemini through an AI Gateway to generate the analysis you request. This processing may take place outside India because Agile Vedha cannot currently confirm that all processing remains in India.
• Job-market data workflow — for Naukri Optimization, your target job title and experience are sent to our automation workflow (hosted on n8n) to retrieve public job listings.
• Website fonts — the site's fonts are hosted within the application and are not loaded from a third-party font CDN.
• Razorpay — only when payments go live; payments are not processed today.

We never sell your data and never share it with your current employer.

Agile Vedha intends to move toward self-hosted or local, prompt-based AI models compatible with Gemini or OpenAI interfaces in the future. This section will be updated if that changes how personal data is processed.

Account data, including your profile and saved reports, is deleted within 90 days after account closure. Contact form messages are retained for 12 months. Some records may be kept longer where Indian law requires it.

Access to your records is restricted to your own signed-in account by database-level access rules. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India of a personal data breach as the DPDP Act requires.

You may ask to access a summary of your personal data, correct or complete it, erase it, withdraw consent, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance. You can correct most profile details yourself on My Profile. Account deletion is currently available by email request only: write to support@agilevedha.in. Account data will be deleted within 90 days after the account is closed. If you are not satisfied with how a grievance is handled, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Our services are designed for working professionals and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly process the personal data of children.
