These terms are between you and Vasudevan, who operates under the trade name Agile Vedha as an individual. Agile Vedha is not a separately registered company.

learnVedha offers mentor-led learning programs for professionals. earnVedha offers the Career Accelerator Program — AI-assisted tools for resume, Naukri and LinkedIn optimization, "Tell me about yourself" preparation and interview questions. Guidance and generated materials support your own judgement; they do not guarantee interviews, offers, promotions, placement or income.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.

Keep your password confidential and give accurate details. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at support@agilevedha.in if you suspect unauthorised use.

Fees are stated as flat prices before enrollment or purchase. Agile Vedha does not take a percentage of your future salary and does not use an income-share agreement. Online payments are not live yet; when they are, they will be processed by Razorpay.

All enrollment and service fees are strictly non-refundable from the point a candidate registers or enrolls. There are no exceptions. A billing error or duplicate charge may still be investigated because it is not a refund request. See the Refund Policy.

Your information and career materials are handled as confidential and are never intentionally shared with your current employer. Do not submit employer-confidential documents, trade secrets or information you are not permitted to disclose. See the Privacy Policy.

You keep ownership of your resume, portfolio, work samples and other content you provide. You permit Agile Vedha to process that content only to provide the service you request.

Course materials, templates, prompts, software, the CAREER Format and other Agile Vedha methods, names and branding belong to Agile Vedha or its licensors. You may use them for your own career development but may not copy, resell or redistribute them.

Use the CAREER Format and all generated suggestions honestly. Do not claim qualifications, employment, metrics, team sizes, outcomes or responsibilities that are not true and supportable. Review every document before you use it.

Do not impersonate anyone, misrepresent your professional history, infringe others' rights, upload unlawful or malicious material, scrape or overload the platform, or try to access other users' data.

AI-generated content can be incomplete or wrong. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any particular career outcome.

To the extent permitted by Indian law, Agile Vedha is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost opportunities or income. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The Courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

These terms are approved by Agile Vedha's founder and effective as of the date above. They may be updated from time to time; changes will be posted here with their effective date.
